Policies
Simple. Clear. Respectful.
These apply to every client and every cleaning: residential homes, rentals, Airbnbs, move-in / move-out cleanings, businesses and property-management properties. Booking online means you’ve read and agreed to them.
Booking & payment agreement
- A deposit is required to reserve your appointment.
- Your deposit is applied to your final cleaning total.
- Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 48 hours.
- Rescheduling with at least 48 hours’ notice allows your deposit to be applied to your new appointment.
- Final payment is due by the listed deadline.
- Failure to pay by the deadline may result in a late fee and/or refusal of future booking.
Payment deadlines
Payment is due the day of service, unless a different payment arrangement has been discussed and approved before services are performed.

24-hour grace period & late fee
Payments not received by the applicable deadline are considered past due. A 24-hour grace period will be provided. If the balance remains unpaid 24 hours after the original payment deadline, a $15 late fee will automatically be added to the outstanding balance.
Outstanding balances
No additional cleaning services will be performed while a previous balance remains unpaid. For clients with multiple properties or scheduled cleanings, each completed cleaning is a separate service and payment is due for each according to the deadlines above. An unpaid balance from one property may result in all upcoming properties or appointments being placed on hold until the account is brought current.
Repeated late payments
Unexpected circumstances happen, and communication is always appreciated. Consistent or repeated late payments affect the operation of my business, so clients with repeated late payments may be required to pay in full before service for future appointments, pay any outstanding balance and applicable late fees before scheduling, or have future services paused or discontinued.
Changes to the cleaning & communication
Payment for completed work cannot be withheld or delayed because additional cleaning, a return visit, or a different level of service is later requested. If a quick / basic cleaning is requested and a deep cleaning is later needed, the original service remains due as agreed; additional work is discussed and approved separately. If you know you will be unable to pay by the deadline, please say so before the cleaning is performed so arrangements can be discussed.
